FIRST Tech Challenge
FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge) is a one of the family of programs offered by FIRST Robotics aimed at developing engineering skills of students. At present, there are four FTC teams in Edina schools. Three teams are based at Valley View Middle School and a fourth is based at South View Middle School. The Edina contact is Kit Olson, gifted resource teacher at Valley View Middle School and the FTC Coordinator. Learn more about FTC in the state of Minnesota and the FTC Snow Drift Tournament, which attacts FTC teams from Minnesota and surrounding states for a full-day of robotics competition.
